Teen arrested on suspicion of arson in investigation into pub blaze

A TEENAGER has been arrested following last month’s arson attack on a derelict Fishponds pub.

Emergency services were called to the former Farriers Arms site, in Fishponds Road, on the evening of June 20.
Enquiries, including reviewing CCTV footage and speaking to witnesses, were subsequently carried out.
Last night police revealed that on Thursday they had arrested a 16-year-old male on suspicion of arson.
