Police Witness appeal after tyres slashed on vehicles

POLICE in Bristol are investigating another overnight spate of tyres being slashed in a number of streets in the city.

The attacks on vehicles happened in the early hours of Sunday in the Thingwall Park area of Fishponds, and come after a spate of arson attacks in the same area and around Oldbury Court.

Residents in Everest Road woke on Sunday morning to find a number of cars had been damaged, and one resident told the Post people in the street had reviewed their doorbell camera recordings and one had captured a good view of the culprit, which had been passed on to the police.

A police spokesperson said a number of cars had been attacked, including a Suzuki, a Nissan, a Hyundai and a Nissan 4x4.
