Our Little Hour is coming to The Redgrave Theatre on March 10

A CRITICALLY acclaimed musical coming to Bristol aims to correct a century-old injustice involving Britain's first Black army officer.

Our Little Hour, commissioned by Show Racism the Red Card, will play at The Redgrave Theatre on March 10 as part of a national tour.

The production tells the story of Walter Tull, pictured inset, a pioneer who broke barriers as both a topflight footballer and a military leader during the First World War. However, the show serves a dual purpose as campaigners fight to secure the Military Cross for Tull - an honour he was recommended for but never received.
