Cricket Right time to embrace a new challenge, says Price

GLOUCESTERSHIRE’'S Tom Price will join Sussex following the expiration of his contract at the end of this season.

Price made his Gloucestershire debut in 2019 against Australia A, but his first-class debut would come a year later at the Seat Unique Stadium. In the Bob Willis Trophy, a 20-year-old Tom took his first wicket by removing Worcestershire’s Daryl Mitchell. It was the first of 94 first-class wickets he has taken for Gloucestershire.

Of his departure, Price said: “I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who's been a part of my journey at Gloucestershire. There are too many people to thank individually - from all the coaches and support staff who have helped me develop and grow, to all the fans and Shiremaniacs who've always been so supportive.
