Baseball Buccs in great scoring form to secure derby double

BRISTOL Buccaneers proved too strong for the Bristol Brunels in the second derby on Sunday, winning the double-header 20-4 and 14-4 to cement their place at the top of the BBF/SWWBL Severn Division.

The Buccaneers' offense took control from the first pitch of the day and didn't let up.
Will Marshall hit two inside the park home runs, while Luca McCurdy showed his power again, clearing the fences in the second game.
Marshall and McCurdy drove in 11 runs between them.
Marshall was in good form from the mound in game one, striking out four Brunels over his three innings pitched.
