THE management of the Seshego-Polokwane Taxi Association (SPTA) say they hope a recent training workshop hosted by Polokwane Municipality will improve service delivery and positively shift staff attitudes.
After Wednesday morning peak-hour operations, SPTA drivers and marshalls gathered at the Jack Botes Hall to discuss operational challenges and receive guidance on traffic regulations and public transport policies governing the multi-million-rand industry.
