As children and teachers return to school, we are faced with a mass germ sharing rivalled only by midwinter festivities and the air conditioning of long-haul flights. It usually takes a while before the bugs really start to spread, but I can't help feel like the recent rains have left us all a bit more run down. I'm seeing illness earlier and getting lots of requests for chesty cough remedies.
