New funding to extend warmth scheme for families

Vulnerable homeowners across Fylde will be able to access vital support to heat their homes this winter after the council secured nearly £45,000 to continue its successful Affordable Warmth initiatives.

With limited funding available, the grant from Lancashire County Council will help those on low incomes and people with health conditions to repair or replace broken boilers, install insulation and fix heating systems before the coldest months arrive.
