Heartache of gran, 70, as Moroccan husband, 46 she met on Facebook can't get UK visa

A gran who married a Moroccan 24 years her junior she met on Facebook still can't live with him after he was twice denied a UK visa.
-
Karen Aghzzaf, 70, met husband Brahim, 46, on the social network in July 2015 while living in in the UK - and he lived in Khemisset, Morocco.
She says people initially "thought he was with me for my money or citizenship" - due to their 24-year age gap.
Brahim is just five years older than Karen's oldest son, taxi driver Dominic, 41, and 14 years older than her other son, charity shop volunteer, Jordan.
The mum-of-two and gran-of-three says the pair "instantly hit it off" and she loved how "kind" he was - and flew to Marrakesh in July 2016 to meet him in person.
The pair wed in November 2017 - but are yet to live together, as Brahim has twice failed the English language test required to obtain a spouse visa - which the couple blame on his dyslexia.
Karen is desperate for her husband to live with her and take care of her - but they are currently stuck 2,107 miles apart.
Karen, a retiree, who lives in Blackpool, said: "I'm not stupid - Brahim wants to work, he wants to take care of me, and I deserve to have my husband living with me.
