A CHINESE retailer has struck a deal to open a new logistics operation in Birmingham.

Online firm Top Cloud Logistics has agreed terms for 164,103 sq ft of space on a 15-year lease on Prologis Park Midpoint in Minworth, near Sutton Coldfield.
