Towers to be demolished

Birmingham Mail

|

December 06, 2025

EMPTY tower blocks attracting vandalism and fly-tipping are set to be demolished early next year.

The vacant blocks dominate the skyline of the Druids Heath estate, which is set to be transformed after the council's controversial regeneration plans were approved.

Residents began moving out of the tower blocks a number of years ago but demolition works have been delayed.
