DRIVER CHARGED FOR THREE DAYS DESPITE TWO SEPERATE DROP-OFFS
A MIDLAND taxi driver slammed NCP after a 'costly' mistake at Birmingham Airport cost him £2,000.
Private hire driver Ian Cook visited the airport on February 16 before returning three days later for another job.
The following day, Ian received an email invoice, informing him £1,955 had been taken from his account.
NCP had charged the Stratford-upon-Avon driver for 3 days, 7 hours, 45 minutes and 41 seconds of parking.
The 56-year-old eventually received a refund six days later, but said it felt NCP 'couldn't care less' after asking for a written apology.
