School locked down after reports of shooting nearby

POLICE are investigating a shooting after a gun was fired outside a Tipton primary school.
-
Police were called to reports near Glebefields Primary School at around 3.30pm on Friday, July 18.
Staff and children at the Sandgate Road school were kept on school grounds whilst officers made the area safe.
