THE areas of the West Midlands where rent levels are rising the sharpest have been revealed.
To Let signs in the Selly Oak area of Birmingham
Average rent prices have surpassed £1,000 per month in some parts of the region, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
The highest average rent price was in Solihull with a figure of £1,245 recorded in October, while Birmingham came second with an average rent price of £1,075.
