Jewish community fears for future

A BIRMINGHAM worshipper said he was no longer sure there was a future for Jews in the UK.

The man was speaking outside the Singers Hill Synagogue in the aftermath of the terrorist attack in Manchester.

Thursday's attack happened as Yom Kippur, one of the holiest days in the Jewish calendar, was being marked.

In Birmingham, two police vans were parked outside the synagogue and members of a private security team were on patrol.
