INCIDENT BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN SPARKED BY FOOT BEING STOOD ON
TWO gunmen have been convicted over a nightclub 'shootout' which erupted after one of them supposedly had their foot stood on.
Aaron Nubie and Kimani Durrell-Smith opened fire on each other with 9mm handguns at close range outside FJ Lounge on Bickford Road, Aston, on March 23 this year.
They were both wounded but gunfire also struck innocent Garth Pantry, who was selling jerk chicken from a stand nearby.
