Frustration for Brummies is as clear as a Belle!

BIRMINGHAM captain Tobiasz Musielak described the 48-42 home defeat to Belle Vue as ‘frustrating’.

The Curtis Sport Brummies kept the reigning Premiership champions on their toes in Monday night's fixture with no more than two points separating the teams either way in the first half of the contest.

But between Heats Eight and 12, the visitors delivered a 4-2 and two 5-1s in what proved to be the defining spell.

Musielak led advantages for the Brummies in Heats 13 and 15, but it wasn't enough to stop them slipping to a fifth straight league defeat.

“It was another frustrating meeting for us,” he said. “It was very close into the middle of the meeting and we were hoping for a good ending.
