Canalside pub will 'reflect community'

THIS is the first look inside The Waterside Tap, the Birmingham city centre canalside pub that was formerly Bistrot Pierre.

Market Drayton brewery Joule's revealed it would be taking over the old restaurant back in May, turning it into a 'quintessential pub'.
Joule’s has already taken over two Birmingham pubs, the Red Lion in the Jewellery Quarter and the New Inn in Harborne.
