The Commerce Ministry has fined the Michelin-starred restaurant “Jay Fai” 2,000 baht for failing to display the price of its 4,000-baht crab omelette.
Officials from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB), the Department of Internal Trade under the Ministry of Commerce, and the Consumer Protection Police Division inspected the restaurant at the Samranrat intersection, following controversy over the dish.
