Manoyont raises stake in Borneo Technical to 100%

Manoyont Group, an auto parts manufacturer and trader, has acquired full ownership of Borneo Technical (Thailand), a 160-year-old importer and distributor of industrial tools and auto parts, marking a strategic push into electric vehicles (EVs), renewable energy and smart technology products.
Porametr Leegomonchai, executive director of Manoyont Group, said the company raised its stake in Borneo from 34% to 100%, driven by confidence in the growth potential of the combined business model.
"By synergising our strengths including customer bases, partners, existing assets and sourcing capabilities, the organisation will be better equipped to provide comprehensive market solutions, broaden coverage across various industries, and expand into new markets both domestically and in Southeast Asia," he said.
