Calls for dairy sector support

AGRICULTURE: The State Enterprise Workers’ Federation of Thailand (SEWFT) is calling on the government to swiftly address financial problems which are threatening the sustainability of the nation’s dairy industry.

SEWFT representative Apsorn Krisnamit yesterday submitted a petition to acting Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai, urging him to raise the issue in the next cabinet meeting.
