Man arrested in connection with drugs haul

A man has been arrested in Ayr in connection with drug supply after Class A drugs worth an estimated £1,000 were seized at a property.
The arrest followed a police operation on July 1 when officers acting under warrant, searched a house in the Lochside area of Ayr.
A 47-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery. He was due to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court on Wednesday, July 2.
