About 95% of developers in state comply with Quarterly Progress Report filing, boosting transparency for buyers
The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (GujRERA) is on the verge of achieving full compliance on Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs), a move set to make the state's property market more transparent and buyer-friendly. Submission rates have already touched between 92% and 95%, according to a senior GujRERA official.
Gujarat now ranks among India's top states for QPR compliance. These reports allow prospective buyers to track unit availability in housing schemes and give existing investors quarterly updates on project progress.
Building on this momentum, GujRERA has also launched a quarterly SMS alert service for allottees.
