MADDIE Feaunati had the choice to play for New Zealand, Samoa or England but has proven to be the Red Roses' super sub in this year's Six Nations, starring off the bench in all five wins.
The Leeds-born 22-year-old back row is of New Zealand heritage but turned down a contract offer from the Black Ferns to instead opt for John Mitchell's star-studded side and has thrived during her first Six Nations.
Feaunati played in front of the second-highest-ever women's rugby crowd last weekend as almost 50,000 fans poured into Twickenham for the 88-10 demolition of Ireland.
