|January 2025
WHEN THE NEW session of Congress opens on January 3, the clock will already be ticking toward the most important set of fiscal decisions lawmakers will make this decade.

Decisions made through the end of 2025 will determine the fate of literally trillions of Americans' dollars. One was the 20th president of the United States. The other shot him.” Yet this drama about President James Garfield and assassin Charles Guiteau reminds us that we should wish for more forgettable presidents.
