We've expanded ourselves vertically by adding more offerings to our portfolio

Here's been an increase in traction among non-resident Indians for realty buys of late. What kind of projects are they looking for?

In order to capitalise on currency depreciation, they are seriously considering and investing in boutique apartments upward of 3-BHK configurations that fetch higher rentals. Domestic buyers, on the other hand, are upgrading to spacious luxury apartments. Builders are also responding to the changing needs of homebuyers, providing them with an a la carte menu if I may say so. The high demand for luxury homes can also be witnessed in the sharp rise in new launches, increased from 13,000 units in Q1-22 to 20,000 units in Q1-23, exhibiting a sharp rise.

How has the year 2023 been so far for residential real estate?
