For the first time in U.S. history, a sitting Vice President—JD Vance—addressed a Bitcoin conference. His appearance alone made headlines. What followed underscored the political momentum behind the movement. Vance began with prepared remarks, but soon veered off script. He described Bitcoin as “ground-up innovation,” tying its adoption to broader issues like inflation, regulatory clarity, and global competitiveness.
