USE Aluminum Foil

AS A Roasting Rack

The point of a roasting rack? It elevates your turkey so the hot oven air can circulate underneath, helping the bird brown and cook evenly. Aluminum foil can do the exact same thing! Start with one giant sheet (at least a few feet). Holding it lengthwise, crumple it so it looks like a snake. Then coil it up, put it in your pan, and perch your turkey on top.
