This vibrant home by Bodhi Design Studio is an eclectic reflection of its owner

Nestled within Bengaluru's bustling downtown is a stylishly eclectic home owned by Madhumita Chaudhury, a Group Creative Director at Dentsu Creative. She made a nostalgic decision to buy an apartment in the neighbourhood she grew up in and then reached out to Amirah Ahamed, principal architect at Bodhi Design Studio to remodel and craft a personalised home. Spanning 1,500 sq ft this home is a customised manifestation of Madhumita's history, tastes and functional needs and she explains, "My home was going to be a reflection of me in many ways. So, my brief was 'contemporary yet Indian with a dash of eclectic'. I wanted it to feel warm and homely yet steeped in modernity." And so started the journey to craft a space that has oodles of character.
