Health and well being H can be enhanced immensely through the principles of Vastu Shastra. I realised that my home and workspace profoundly influenced my productivity, health and happiness. By applying the ancient wisdom of Vastu Shastra, I was able to harmonise the energy in these spaces to lead a more fulfilling, prosperous and healthy life.

However, my journey into Vastu isn't what you might expect from someone working in this field. Born and raised in New Delhi, I spent most of my life focused on pragmatic, logical thinking approach-from getting an Economics Honors degree to earning an MBA in Marketing & Finance. For the longest time, I believed Vastu Shastra was just superstition, something too rooted in myth to have any place in modern living. I had always dismissed it as superstition, an 'uncool' relic from the past.

Life has a way of changing perspectives.
