Cottage Cheese Bowls with Berries
Blending cottage cheese with fruit pushes the traditionally salty snack into sweet breakfast territory-and whipping the curds makes it smoothie bowl-like.
1. In a high-speed blender or food processor blend cottage cheese, 2 cups of the blueberries, half of the banana slices, and 2 Tbsp. brown sugar until smooth.2. Divide mixture among four bowls. Top with remaining 1/2 cup blueberries and banana slices, the raspberries, and granola. Drizzle with honey if you like. Serve immediately. Makes 4 bowls (13½ cups each).
