WHAT WAS IT THAT ATTRACTED YOU TO THIS PROPERTY AND WHAT CONDITION WAS IT IN?

The house was set out as several bedsits and had retained only a small amount of its original character. It had no soul and was just very bland. Some of the original features, like the ceiling cornicing, were still there but hidden away. But we loved the high ceilings and my husband Charlie and I are not afraid of hard work. We could visualise all the different zones we could create and loved how solid the house felt. EBBA architects helped us realise our vision.
