The no-cook DIET

Fed up with cooking? While giving your oven a break might seem tempting, if you're grazing or nibbling on leftover canapés, the pounds may start to pile on. Want to hear the good news? To make it easy for you to lose weight, we've devised a straight-to-plate eating plan packed with delicious cold meals. It won't even feel like you're dieting.

THE PLAN

Choose from these daily options. Follow the plan for a month and you could lose half a stone.

Breakfast

* 2 Weetabix with 80g raspberries and 80g blueberries, with 200ml soya milk.

* Overnight oats made with 40g oats, 1tsp almond butter, 1tsp chia seeds, a pinch of cinnamon and ½ banana.

image* Smoothie made with a handful of spinach, 1 banana, 2tbsp yogurt, a handful of oats and 300ml milk.

* 3 oat cakes topped with 1tbsp almond butter and 1 smashed banana.

* 150g cottage cheese with 80g pineapple, 1tbsp ground flaxseeds and a small handful of almonds.

* 40g muesli, 50g frozen cherries (thawed), 200ml milk.

* ½ banana mashed with 1tbsp tahini and 2tbsp ground chia seeds, stirred through 150g Greek yogurt.
