Heat And Control: Providing State-Of-The- Art Turnkey Solution To The Food Industry

Anuga FoodTec India, Manas Nandi, Founder and Editor-in-Chief, interacted with Mr. Venkatesha Parthasarathy, National Manager, Heat and Control Pvt Ltd (India and South East Asia). The interview spanned various domains of the food processing industry, including sustainability and government policies.

What are the different types of machinery Heat and Control is showcasing at the event?

Heat and Control always brings something innovative for our customers and our stakeholders to learn and evolve. We have a newly released seasoning system called the Symphony On-Machine Seasoning System. The machine has many features that will help food processing companies address the next generation of food allergens and food safety requirements, including a very good job of seasoning covering on snack food products such as potato chips, which will help the customer put more seasoning in the bag.

We have received very positive feedback from most of the customers who have seen this. They all want to try it and are pretty excited by it.

The new developments which we are showcasing on the stand this year include the new generation of Ishida Multi-Head Weigher of the economy series. We have a high-speed weigher with 2-liter hoppers. Ishida also has a plant in India, which they have now progressed into manufacturing capabilities. And we have also displayed an ‘Ishida Astro high speed’, which was made in Japan, but now it is going to be made in India. So these are the new developments which we are showcasing.
