A former model turned acclaimed Fashion Show Director and Choreographer, she brings over 15 years of industry expertise, shaped by her insider's understanding of fashion and life in an Armed Forces family. As the Show Director for Perfect Miss of India, Monika plays a key role in shaping confident, poised young women. Having directed 75+ fashion shows and events in the last five years, she continues to set new benchmarks leading with precision, grace, and purpose.

What is your definition of success?

For me, success isn't about how many shows I've directed but more about the impact and fulfilment that I create. I feel success is achieved when the creative vision I plan for a show - Models, designer garments, graphics, lighting, music blend effortlessly into a memorable moment for everyone associated with the event. Personally, my greatest success has been the transition itself: taking 15 years of ramp experience and channelling it into Show Direction and Choreography.
