Success to me is about growth, impact, and sustainability—the growth of the company, achieving the targets we set as a team, and retaining employees in this ever-evolving industry. However, over the years, my definition of success has evolved. Initially, it was about external validation, awards, recognition, and public appreciation. But today, success is about self-confidence, resilience, and learning from failures. It's about knowing that every challenge is an opportunity to grow and that true success lies in building something that stands the test of time.
