WATER SERPENTS II

Not to be confused with a sea serpent that was to be found in the early 1730s and is now an extinct creature – The Water Serpent II is one of the most interesting messages-embedded paintings ever to be seen.

It is also known as Wasserschlangen II to some people and the mastermind behind the canvas is Gustav Klimt as this painting was a follow-up to his previously made Water Serpent I. It was supposed to be completed around the early 1900s; most probably in 1907 or 1908.
