After a debut in Venice, Bulgari travelled with its Mediterranea High Jewellery collection to Bali.

What easily comes to mind and captures our imagination about the Mediterranean? A scenography of jewel tones depicting the sky, sea and landscape, bathed in soft, magical light for a start. And just like that, Bulgari journeys back to its origins, Rome, where it was founded in 1884, and deep dives into the heart and soul of the Mediterranean to create its latest collection of high jewellery and high-end watches.

Essentially, the Bulgari Mediterranea High Jewellery collection is articulated through three different worlds, each with a specific colour palette. Southern Radiance references the vibrant beauty of southern Italy’s spectacular natural wonders and stunning landmarks, while Roman Splendour zooms into the Eternal City with its heritage of Greek cultural legacy, amped up with opulence and majesty. And then East Meets West spotlights the abundant exotic treasures of precious gems, textiles and scents, bridged by the connection between Rome and Venice. In fusing the cultures of the East and the West, laced with Byzantine and Roman sensibilities, North African spices and the Baroque ambience of southern Italy, the Roman jeweller brings alive this richly captivating blend of inspirations collected through time and space.
