Royal's iconic collection set to break records

NEARLY 30 years after her tragic death, Princess Diana continues to captivate the world.
Her personal collection of dresses and treasures is going on sale in what is being called the largest royal wardrobe auction in history. Princess Diana's Style & A Royal Collection, scheduled for 26 June in Beverly Hills, will showcase more than 200 garments and artefacts spanning her extraordinary life.
The collection, expected to fetch $5-$7 million (R90-R126m), features items from her childhood, her time as a kindergarten teacher and her years as a member of the royal family.
