What's it like to live with ADHD and dyslexia? In this two-part follow-up to Inside Our Autistic Minds, Chris Packham gives four people the chance to share their experience by making films about how the conditions impact their lives.

In the first episode, Chris meets Henry and Jo, who have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, which is characterised by an inability to focus, as well as impulsive and hyperactive behaviour.
