There are more gruesome murders to solve as Dutch detective Piet Van Der Valk returns for a three-part second series of Van Der Valk. This rebooted drama, based on the original series that began in the 1970s and starred the late Barry Foster, is set amid the canal-lined streets of Amsterdam. Piet is again played by Marc Warren, who’s as busy as ever when the mutilated body of a young woman is found strung up on a wind farm on the outskirts of the city.
