A mother's NIGHTMARE

LITTLE DISASTERS NEW FROM THU 22 MAY, PARAMOUNT+ DRAMA

A long friendship between four very different mums is left in tatters after a shocking accusation in much-anticipated Paramount+ miniseries Little Disasters. Based on bestselling author Sarah Vaughan's 2020 novel, the six-part thriller is set in London and centres around Jess (German film star Diane Kruger, Troy), Liz (Jo Joyner, Shakespeare & Hathaway: Private Investigators), Mel (Emily Taaffe, The Beast Must Die) and Charlotte (Shelley Conn, Bridgerton).

The quartet initially formed a strong bond a decade ago when they found themselves attending the same antenatal classes, despite having nothing in common apart from their due dates. But now their lives are rocked to the core when seemingly perfect stay-at-home mother Jess brings her baby daughter to the hospital with a head injury she can't explain.

On-duty A&E doctor Liz has no choice but to call social services, which sets in motion a chain of events that threatens to destroy everything they all hold dear.

TV Times was invited to watch filming and, during a break, we spoke to Diane, 48, and Jo, 47, who, here, reveal why the story is set to have us on the edge of our seats...
