The short-form cricket competition returns for a fifth season this week as 2024 men's winners Oval Invincibles and women's champions London Spirit defend their titles.

The action begins on Tuesday with a London doubleheader between Spirit and Invincibles at a sold-out Lord's (BBC2 & Sky) before the first round of matches continues with Sky Sports' coverage of Manchester Originals versus Southern Brave at Old Trafford on Wednesday, Northern Superchargers against Welsh Fire at Headingley on Thursday, and Friday's clashes between Birmingham Phoenix and Trent Rockets at Edgbaston.
