Six years after winning an Emmy for the many roles she played in Orphan Black, Canadian star Tatiana Maslany, 36, is taking on the split personality of Jennifer Walters in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law – and we love her, even when she’s angry!

How excited are you to be She-Hulk?

I’m so excited. It’s such a joy to be part of the Marvel Universe and to have the incredible fans supportive of me as this incredible character.

How would you describe the show?

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is not what you might think it is as a show. It’s very different. It’s got an irreverent humour. She-Hulk herself is trying not to be a superhero, which is a fun and unique take I think. I really think that anyone who watches it will find it very relatable, very human, and super funny. We’ve seen comedy in the Marvel Universe before of course, but this show is like a legal comedy half-hour sitcom. It’s totally different.

Were you at all apprehensive about taking on a comic book character – a big, green one at that?
