OUTRAGED Duchess Meghan is vowing to divorce her hapless hubby, Prince Harry, if he tries to back away from explosive charges her in-laws King Charles and Princess Kate made horrid remarks about their babies being Black, palace insiders tell The National ENQUIRER!

While Harry apparently wants to heal fresh wounds inflicted by a new royal tell-all penned by one of his wife's pals, courtiers claim Meghan is insisting he must decide - immediately - where his loyalty lies.

If Harry picks king and country, Meghan is gone - and she's taking their two kids and more than $40 million with her, palace sources say.

"Harry's been told in no uncertain terms: It's me or them," a high-level courtier dishes. "Meghan has made it clear she wants no part of the monarchy - and that means Harry must stay away, too.

"I'm told she threatened to divorce him if he made peace with his family!"

Meghan, 42, has made no secret of her hostility toward her in-laws, publicly accusing them of racism and cruelty in an explosive TV interview soon after she and her 39-year-old prince fled Britain and their royal duties to settle in America three years ago.
