Scrawny Khloé is looking like a shadow of her former self — and sources reveal she’s still not done with dieting! 

“She always hated being the big sister, so even though she’s thin now she still doesn’t see herself that way and wants to get smaller,” squeals a spy. “It’s sad.”

The reality tart insists she dropped 60 pounds through a strict diet and exercise regimen, and repeatedly posts photos of herself working out at the gym. But social media users have complained she relentlessly photoshops her digital images and there are whispers she got help from the weight-loss drug Ozempic.

“She’s never been this skinny before, and she’s been on a diet forever, so of course it’s suspicious,” spills the snitch.

Medical expert Dr. Gabe Mirkin estimates the 5-foot-10 star weighs 125 pounds, which makes her underweight.

“She looks good but should be checked for bone problems,” the doc says.
