CRAFTY Kiefer Sutherland is eyeing a small-screen Western of his own to knock Kevin Costner off his high horse as TV’s top cowboy, sources tell The National ENQUIRER.

Tipsters dish Kiefer, who’s released the country album Down in a Hole and starred in the flicks Young Guns and The Cowboy Way, is envious of Kevin’s phenomenal success because he hasn’t had a major hit himself since Designated Survivor ended in 2019 — just as Yellowstone was launching the Golden Globe winner into the stratosphere!
