Tina Fey on her new show The Four Seasons, loving her husband and feeling like a fraud

I will say that I think 55 is like the new 45,” declares Tina Fey.

“Cut to everyone's like, ‘No, it’s not!’” quips the ever-hilarious - and everyouthful - star, who marks her 55th birthday milestone on May 18.

Tina has been cracking audiences up ever since she became an SNL sensation in her 20s, going on to write movies like Mean Girls and the hit show 30 Rock. Behind the scenes, she’s been happily married to composer Jeff Richmond; the pair share two daughters, Alice, 19, and Penelope, 13.

Now, Tina is mining the ups and downs of married life for comedic gold in a new eightpart Netflix comedy, The Four Seasons.

“We talked about the show being a love letter to long-term relationships, both platonic and romantic,” she explains. “Because your life is ideally more than just the person you’re married to. Sometimes, when you are struggling with something with just your spouse, you need a group of friends to bring humour to it.
