BRIDE-TO-BE LADY GAGA PAVES THE WAY WITH HER LEADING MAN BY HER SIDE

Held in Italy’s city of love, the Venice Film Festival did not disappoint this year when it came to red-carpet romance.

Michael Polansky couldn’t tear his eyes away from future wife Lady Gaga at her Joker: Folie à Deux première, and she returned the affection, touching his face with her hands as they made their official debut at the 81st annual extravaganza.

“[I’ve] never met anyone like Michael,” the singer and actress, 38, told Vogue, getting misty-eyed over her husbandto-be, who is co-founder and executive director of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy. “He’s so smart and so kind. He’s a very private guy, and he’s not with me for any other reason than that we are right for each other.”

Predictably, Gaga also turned heads with her choice of attire: a sleeveless black Christian Dior Haute Couture ballgown, paired with Tiffany & Co. diamonds and topped with a striking black lace headpiece by British milliner Philip Treacy – a favourite of the Royal Family.
