Preparing to step out for the National Service of Remembrance, the Princess of Wales is sending a clear sign that she's making a fuller return to royal duties.

As she becomes fitter and stronger following her successful course of preventive chemotherapy, royal watchers expect Kate, 42, to follow the lead of her father-in-law, King Charles, and resume overseas travel - he said his recent trip to Australia and Samoa (see page 56) was "a perfect tonic." GETTING BACK ON TRACK Robert Jobson, bestselling author of Catherine, the Princess of Wales: A Biography of the Future Queen, believes we'll see more outings from Kate, but he feels she'll take a less-is-more approach, hand-picking her public appearances for maximum impact.

"Catherine is doing very well," Robert tells Hello! "She is back training at the gym and doing all the things she wanted to do. I think that we will start to see a lot more of her and that she will carry out engagements, as well as continuing to work behind the scenes.

"But rather than travel all over the country all the time, like she used to, I think she will concentrate on more impactful events.
